FIFTY SHADES OF LIGHT
Fifty Shades of Light is the eighth photography book by photographer, producer and director Adolf Zika, and it is also his third book focusing on fine art nudes. The publication consists exclusively of photographs that have never before appeared in a book nor have been published in print. Following the successful titles Luxurious Luminescence and In the Shadow of Light, this work complements Adolf Zika’s photographic oeuvre from 1996 to 2021.
CHARISMA
Charisma is personal attractiveness or charm irrespective of appearance or behaviour that is unique to human beings. IN THE SHADOW OF LIGHT
IN THE SHADOW OF LIGHT is the sixth book of photographer Adolf Zika,
published by PRESCO GROUP, a.s., a company that is also the main publisher of the
author’s black and white calendars. This relatively narrative publication, which
has the ability to put a smile on your face just by looking at its non-traditional
cover, contains 150 pages and as the author’s second black and white book continues
the tradition of the successful and already sold-out book Luxurious Luminescence.
Unlike in the previous book, where black and white nude photography was the sole
point of interest, this time, the book also offers raw portraits of personalities
or images of the landscape where time ceases to exist. In any case, nude artistic
photography dominates and forms the main body of this remarkable publication.

The book One Year Of My Life in 3285 pictures
by Adolf Zika in cooperation with Leica is a worldwide unique photography project,
which illustrates one year of the ordinary as well as extraordinary life of the
photographer and director Adolf Zika. Every day is chronologically expressed with
nine photographs, each of which best describes the given moment, activity and time
period. Each month includes the author‘s characteristic personal commentary.

6 DAYS AND 24 HOURS OF LE MANS
Adolf Zika is an enthusiastic motor sport hobbyist
and passionate driver of both classic and sport cars. In a departure from his main
interest of producing black-and-white nude photography and following the request
of a racing team created a book about the world of racing that is a two-books-in-one
package that documents the most famous car race in the world in both color and black-and-white.
This non-traditional publication was released as a limited edition and promoted
by companies Hasselblad and Leica.

This narrative publication was the greatest book
project of the year 2000. Adolf Zika included in the book more than 120 other professional
photographers from Czech Republic and four other countries of the world, all who
shot on 10.10.2000, just one ordinary day in the life of Czech Republic .

– WORLD CUP OF MOTORSPORT
Adolf Zika’s passion for hot wheels briefly drew
him away from his main interest of black-and-white nude photography, as he accompanied
a racing team during their eleven races all over the world. The official book of
the Formula A1 series, the World Cup of Motor Sport, captures dramatic moments of
emotion and the A1GP season, as well as a peek behind the scenes of every race and
charts of race results. The book of photographs is published in English and distributed
in twenty-four countries throughout the world.

PERSONALITIES OF CURRENT CZECH COMMERCIAL AND FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY
A book presenting portfolios of the most significant
personalities in both commercial and fashion photography in Czech Republic. The
book includes samples of custom photographs and commercial realizations with a figural
theme and cautions against the wrong evaluation of custom photography in relation
to fine art.

A book portraying the entire range of possible
attitudes about nude photography, methods of how to capture nude photography, a
variety of styles, procedures, different techniques, and the possibilities of experimenting.
The book includes not only Adolf Zika’s photographs, but also those of Frantisek
Drtikol, Jan Saudek, Robert Vano, Sara Saudek and many other famous photographers.
